AI Assistant
When you use the At Home AI assistant, your messages may be processed by an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate a response. If you voluntarily share contact details or a property address, those details may be stored with the conversation summary and shared with the At Home team for follow-up. Do not submit passwords, bank information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial data in chat.
Communication
When you submit a form or request help through the site, you are giving At Home Real Estate AZ permission to contact you about your real estate inquiry. We do not ask for sensitive financial information through standard website forms.
MLS and Listing Data
Listing information displayed on the site may come from the MLS or other brokerage data sources. We use that information to power property search and detail pages, but availability and listing details can change.

Unverified client registrations are automatically removed after 24 hours. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, transaction, or legal-record purposes.
