Mission
​​In 2009, Francisco co-founded the Latin American Association of Real Estate Professionals (LAREP) to empower professionals and elevate industry standards. Committed to community education, LAREP spearheads initiatives such as "Stop Fraud Against Hispanics" seminars, providing crucial knowledge and protection in real estate and mortgage matters.
Community Outreach
​​To further support the Spanish-speaking community, Francisco cohosts a popular radio show and infomercial with Associate Broker Nidia Almonte. For over fourteen years, their program "Quién es Quién en Bienes Raíces" has been broadcasting weekly on LA ONDA 1190 AM, Radio Univisión QUE BUENA 105.9 FM, and Telemundo. Through social media and television, they provide vital information and safeguard Arizona's Spanish-speaking residents.

Outside their professional endeavors, Nidia and Francisco organize the semi-annual "LOS AGENTES OPEN at Night" golf tournaments, donating proceeds to selected charitable foundations.
